The kids had so much fun this year. The trunk or treat wasn't on Halloween night so we were able to go house to house for our first time ever. The kids were spoiled because kids just don't go house to house anymore and the neighbors are in denial. After 10 houses the kids bags were full to the top. Savanah was a Spider Queen. She designed her own costume. I thought it to be a one of a kind costume, but there was a mom that was also a Spider Queen. Seriously, who's ever heard of that??? Allie was a vampire and Spencer was a happy Thomas the Train. "Toot Toot"
We had a long weekend because Halloween and Nevada day are one and the same. KC needed a break from work so he took the 2 days off also. We went hiking and took these cool pictures from a cave of sorts. We have Josh & Olivia, our favorite neighbors. Also, if you've never seen our dog, this is Scooter in the 'boys' picture.
If your kids are anything like mine, they want to camp always. Being in the mountains and not staying in a tent was unacceptable. So we set it up in the backyard and the kids slept out there for 2 nights. It was the easiest camping I've ever planned!
